Client materials and personal information are stored securely using Google Workspace, which uses servers in multiple countries and applies strong security standards and encryption.
Website usage data collected through Google Analytics is processed by Google in accordance with its security and data protection standards.

I understand that unpublished reports and announcements may constitute inside information, and I will not disclose it or trade on it. Where required, I can be added to your insider list and will acknowledge the associated obligations in writing.
If requested, I am happy to sign a client-provided non-disclosure agreement (NDA), or I can provide my own pre-signed NDA for your review.
You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by emailing matthew@clearstyleenglish.com.
I maintain limited administrative and billing records for legal and tax purposes. These records may include invoices, payment records, and essential correspondence, and may be retained long-term.
If you request it, I will return or delete your client materials and delete your personal information, except anything I am required to keep for legal or tax purposes. Anything retained is stored securely, kept confidential, and not used for any other purpose.
